2nd winter with Black Headed Gull
Aa adult and second winter Mediterranean Gull turned up at Holbeck Car Park with the Black Headed Gulls which are constantly on the scavenge for food handouts from the public parked up in there cars.

These shots are of the same adult I saw earlier in the day, but the bottom photo is a second winter bird - see black markings on the wing-tips.
The second-winter was at the mere the following day.
