Bridled Guillemots

Kittwake

The cliffs at Bempton are totally buzzing with seabirds which includes the usual suspects - Puffin, Guillemot, Razorbill, Gannet, Kittiwake and Fulmar. To see these birds up close and personal is just amazing, I really do recommend you take time to visit this reserve to witness this breath taking site. Beautiful shots Steve!

We were at Bempton on Wednesday but the Puffins were missing and I have a lot to learn about shooting sea birds.

Paul.

Don't shoot them Paul they are wonderful birds. I guess you mean with your camera of course? I find that most of the Puffins at Bempton are actually on the bottom of the cliffs, but if you are lucky you get the odd one or two making a visit to higher ground. There are large rafts of Puffins on the sea below the cliffs at present.
